Take a Tour of The Waterfront
The Waterfront apartment is a
third floor penthouse suite situated on Clippers Quay,
South
Ferry Island. It has intercom access and secure parking facilities for
residents.
There are two private balconies for your exclusive use, a
master bedroom and twin bedroom
sleeping four people in total,
and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite in the master
bedroom.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with appliances,
including microwave, waste compactor
and fridge freezer, and a
lounge/dining area for you to relax in after a hard day's
shopping!
Also provided is patio furniture for those days when you
just want to sit and watch the yachts on the river, or the tourists
taking a ferry across the mersey.
As
self-catering accommodation, The Waterfront is unique within the City of
Liverpool.
It offers a high standard of comfort, quality furnishings
and has been officially awarded a rating of Four Star by
the English Tourism Council.

The light and airy lounge is
tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings, including a
television and video which are provided for your use. Heating is
thermostatically controlled throughout the apartment and the
security intercom is located here for your convenience. The large
double doors open into the room allowing you to experience the
sights and sounds of the River Mersey in true comfort.

lounge show the tidal nature of the River Mersey, and one of the
many tour boats on it's journey along the opposite riverbank, in an
area known as the Wirral. The river is best described as ever
changing scenery as there is always something to catch the
attention, from bustling yachts and pleasure craft to estuary birds
and wildlife.
