Terms of use

1. The Waterfront Penthouse suite is available for hire at the rate of £625 sterling per week.
2. A deposit of £125 secures your booking, and full payment of the balance must be received no later than two weeks before your stay commences.
3. An additional £125 security bond/damage deposit is required. This will be refunded no later than one calendar month after departure, subject to the owners' approval.
4. Cancellations must be made in writing no later than two weeks before your stay commences. Any amount paid at this time, excluding the deposit, will be refunded.
5. Rental commences 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and the premises should be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Please be considerate and leave the apartment in the condition you would wish to find it upon your arrival.
6. Electricity and gas are inclusive, and clean linen and towels will be provided.
7. A 'Welcome Pack' will be presented to you upon your arrival.
8. Guests will be liable for all breakages.
9. Sorry, no pets and no smokers.
10. The owners reserve the right to refuse any rental application they deem unacceptable.
